Audience Information

In order to provide the Services to our Customers, we collect a vast amount of information about the individuals who follow the Influencers and can be influenced by them (the “Audience”) in order to provide Customers with statistics. This often includes, in particular: gender, age group and ethnicity on an aggregated basis. While these items may represent a somewhat sensitive issue, we have undertaken a review of our legitimate interests and the risks to the rights of individuals in information about them that does not individually identify them. Our processing for statistical purposes does not affect the rights and freedoms of individuals and complies with relevant legislation. We do not use the information we collect to discriminate against any group and collect the information purely for statistical purposes in accordance with our valid business purposes.

Sharing, Selling and Trading Information About Influencers and their Audiences

We provide an influencer matching service and so, the data about Influencers identified above is shared with Customers whether on a trial basis or upon payment of fees. Data about the Influencer’s audience is aggregated for statistical purposes and shared with Customers as we provide our Services. To allow Customers to choose an Influencer for their business purposes and assess the effectiveness of each Influencer’s reach, we provide estimates to the Customer on the pricing for an Influencer (if provided from the Influencer Networks).

Storage and Protection of Personal Information

Fourstarzz collects and uses Personal Information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the Personal Information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their Personal Information whenever necessary.

 

We store the data of our Customers [and Users] while your account is active. We will delete your personal data from our system 1 month from expiration of subscription or free trial or when you exercise your rights (as laid below). Information about Influencers and their Audiences that is collected by Influencer Networks and provided to us is kept by us to the extent that it remains under the control of the Influencer Network. If the data is deleted off of the of the Influencer Network, it will be deleted from our control when the two collections synchronize (can be up to a month). If we collect the information directly, we will store and maintain the information no longer than it takes to engage in our lawful business activities. We will also delete your information if you choose to exercise your rights (as laid out below).

 

Regardless of the type of information, we take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices, and introducing security measures, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

 

We restrict access to Personal Information to Fourstarzz employees, service providers and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Automatic Data Collection Policies
